Best coffee in the village, toilets are available for all (not just customers). They no longer stock plastic straws, only use paper ones. I do recommend to friends and family. Also staff and manager are lovely

We came in for lunch and got the soup of the day, a steak pasty and some milkshakes. The food was delicious, the service was quick and the people were lovely. Highly recommend!

Such a friendly place to stop for coffee. Staff know a lot of their regulars and welcome everyone with a smile. The staff will go out of their way to help customers, carrying drinks, getting sugar etc. Nothing is too much for them. Coffee is great and there is a good choice of food, excellent bacon (if you're early enough to catch it). Often full inside, they have a covered outside seating area and will always put the heaters on if needed; and a selection of daily papers for those who want to sit for a while and read. Happy to go back regularly.

As someone who drinks a lot of coffee all over the country “on the go” being in the area for something 2 days in a row took a punt on this place the first day. It appeared a bit “mature” for my liking in terms of clientele and atmosphere... so for a takeaway - but I’m more than glad I did as it’s probably the best coffee I’ve had in 2025, reasonably priced, ethically sourced etc. and to top it all - amazing friendly service! I returned on day 2 and they remembered me and my order like I’d been coming there for months! Very much approve

Can't fault the coffee and sweet treats we had from here recently. Good quality and served with a smile and efficiently too. Plenty of seating inside, but good covered seating outside too.
